Sami's Circuit On Demand is an interactive SEL program that provides engaging content for K-6 schools and after-school programs. Subscribers receive a video each week in two grade groups (TK-3 and 4-6), ensuring a consistent learning experience for students.

WEEKLY VIDEOS
Each week, staff receive a 20-minute video in two versions (K-3 and 4-6) that starts with a social emotional lesson. The videos end with a fun, 10-minute workout and 2-minute mindfulness cool-down. Optional worksheet links and discussion starters are included.
FAMILY NIGHTS*
Don’t miss Sami’s Livestreaming Virtual Family Nights! Families can tune in for energetic fun and motivation. Students can win raffle prizes, interact live with Sami, and bond with their family members. It’s an amazing opportunity for everyone to get involved and make memories!
